At Check This Rental, we want you to feel confident using our platform. This policy explains when refunds may be issued – and when they are not available.
1. Digital Products (Guides & Reports)
All digital products – including PDF guides, toolkits, and downloadable reports – are non‑refundable. Due to their digital nature, once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer a refund. If you experience technical issues (e.g., corrupted file, broken link), please contact us within 7 days and we will gladly provide a replacement.
2. Paid Reports (If Introduced in the Future)
If Check This Rental ever offers paid rental reports or verification services, those purchases will also be non‑refundable after the report has been generated and delivered electronically. A full refund may be considered if the report contains demonstrable factual errors that impact its utility – please email us within 3 days of purchase.
3. User‑Submitted Reviews
All reviews submitted to Check This Rental are voluntary and not eligible for any refund, compensation, or removal based on dissatisfaction. Once a review is published (after moderation), it becomes part of the community record. If you accidentally posted a review for the wrong address, contact us and we will help correct it.
4. Service Fees (None Currently)
Check This Rental does not currently charge any subscription fees or per‑search fees. If this changes in the future, refunds for service fees will be handled according to the terms presented at the time of sign‑up.
5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you believe you qualify for a refund (e.g., duplicate purchase of a digital guide) or need a replacement file, please email us within 14 days of purchase:
